We are an experienced and strategic Senior Sales Officer to lead client acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. This role demands a results-driven professional who excels at building relationships, managing the sales cycle, and mentoring junior team members. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, driving brand engagement, and fostering long-term client partnerships.
Job Description
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Lead the achievement of ambitious sales targets through a performance-based approach aligned with company goals.
- Identify, pursue, and convert high-potential prospects through strategic outreach including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with leads to assess needs and deliver personalized solutions that drive value.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Drive brand visibility and lead generation by actively participating in relevant social media platforms and professional communities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving issues, addressing concerns, and building trust with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute content strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline activities accurately, ensuring clear documentation and reporting.
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by growing and retaining client accounts.
- Conduct in-depth audits of social media content and scheduling to ensure consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Mentor and train junior sales staff through one-on-one and group sessions, sharing real-world insights and practical techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Experience.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership potential or experience in mentoring junior team members.
- Sharp attention to detail with sound judgment in decision-making.
- 2 years of experience working in Sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and capable of managing responsibilities independently in a remote work environment.
Requirements:
- Must have access to a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
- Must be available to work a fixed full-time schedule: Sunday to Friday.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Demonstrates leadership potential or possesses a growth mindset for future leadership roles.
