Zomome is seeking an entry-level Sales Intern to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sales industry while working remotely. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to kick-start their career in sales and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 

Role Description

As a Sales Intern at Zomome, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative team environment. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. Achieve set sales goals by adopting a performance driven strategy under leadership of the sales manager.
  2. Identify and outreach potential target segments through cold calling, emails, networking etc.
  3. Maintain regular communication with leads understanding the client’s preferences.
  4. Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing leads understanding their preferences and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Actively participating in social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engage with potential leads.
  6. Providing excellent customer service by addressing queries; resolving complaints and fostering long term relationships to drive repeat business.
  7. Developing content plans and engaging content to attract and engage target audience.
  8. Demonstrate proficiency in forecasting, managing, and documenting your sales pipeline effectively.
  9. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets by retaining, expanding, and growing client accounts.

Qualifications:

  1. Running/Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/others.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  4. Self – motivated and target-driven mindset.
  5. Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  6. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements: 

  1. Have your own laptop/system to work remotely.
  2. Work in a fixed schedule from Sunday through Friday.
  3. Have a zeal to grow in sales and handle clients.
  4. Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Remuneration: 

Base salary + performance based commission on monthly sales cycle.

Work Days and Timings:

Sunday through Friday.
Work Hour: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM (or)
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (or)
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
